Corrections
Corrections and Source Updates
SolarCalcNow publishes planning estimates, source notes, and educational content. Corrections are handled conservatively because a wrong rate, incentive, or eligibility note can affect homeowner decisions.

Send the exact page URL
Include the SolarCalcNow page, the section or number that looks outdated, and why you believe it needs review.
Include a reviewable source
For rates, incentives, tax-credit language, utility rules, or equipment claims, send an official source, program page, filing, or other dated evidence.
We classify the issue
A correction may be factual, methodological, source freshness, translation quality, accessibility, privacy, or usability related.
We update cautiously
If a claim is not source-safe, SolarCalcNow may label it, exclude it from net-cost math, or keep it out of the sitemap until verification is complete.
What to request
- Electricity rate or source-date updates
- Federal, state, utility, battery, or VPP incentive status
- Gross-cost, net-cost, payback, or quote-checker assumptions
- Translation issues that change meaning in localized pages
- Broken links, accessibility issues, or privacy concerns
Start on the contact page. For data methodology, compare the current sources and methodology first so the request can point to a specific assumption.
Publication rule
SolarCalcNow does not automatically open a page to indexing, add incentive dollars to net-cost math, or publish exact-sounding local claims just because a user submits a note. The source must be reviewable, active, date-aware, and consistent with the editorial policy.
